I have never set foot in Graham's and I hope I never will. BTW, I heard that Dunlap's is closing. The crazy thing about that is that I bet if they'd stayed in Western Plaza, they'd just be looking for a new location now instead of closing for good. Or maybe not... I dunno. It just seems like everytime something moves, it closes. Which is why the Harrigan's building is now an INSURANCE BUILDING. (Yeah, yeah; I know that Santa Fe was having problems beforehand... still...)

Santa Fe stood a better chance at their original location...and I was sad to see that place go into a decline.
Also...the Harrigan's building is now the domain of an ambulance chasing lawyer.
From driving down Olsen...every now and then...his SUV looks like it has had a big dent in the back...for quite some time.
I'd think a bigtime lawyer would just have that fixed out of his own pocket change.

According to the PRAD website, he still owes more than $21,000 to the PRAD, $7,500 for 2005 and more than $ 14,000 for 2006, which is showing up on his current balance. That means that, wow, he must have owed at least $40,000 before he made a payment last week. Don't worry, though, folks. Any day now, JQ is going to hit pay dirt when he gets that big settlement by suing the AISD, since we all know the Caprock kids that were driving like fools can't be blamed and are really the victims. Never mind the fact that such a law suit would only take education money away from the AISD students. JQ will hopefully be able to pay his back taxes and he might have enough to get his car dent fixed.
I used to know his wife because she is my age. I don't even think she was a full year out of h.s. when she got pregnant by JQ. I think she was working as his secretary at the time. Of course, good ole' JQ was married with children to another woman at the time. Once again, that man is pure class. She is about as smart as a door knob.
Sorry, but I really don't like that guy and think he might get my nomination for Amarillo douche of the year award. He dragged a good friend of mine's family through a frivolous law suit for years. Eventually, somebody beat the piss out of him, putting him in the hospital, and he passed it off to another law firm. They realized there was no case and decided to dismiss it.
For some reason, JQ thinks he has a shot of getting elected to public office. He must have even less self-awareness than Michael Scott on the office if he thinks somebody with his background is ever going to get elected.
