Behind the new Pepito's and next to Carolina's, there is a deep, deep hole currently under construction. My bet is it's 4 stories deep so far, maybe 50 yards a side, square.
What is it?

Every time I go to Thai Arrawan I park by "the big hole" and look for a sign (no not a sign from up above ;D) but a sign stating "future home of" or whatever...but there is NOTHING  |

Or maybe it is a combined effort.....One to make it weird...and one to run it into the ground....that is why it is such a big hole......to have more room for error.
