I've seen some in Vegas and NY (I think they were in NY, I know they were in Vegas), where the thought crossed my mind, but the ones I've seen in Amarillo I've only thought 'there ain't enough whiskey in Tennessee'.

BayBay, I think I know exactly who you are referring to ( so I ended a setence in a preposition. I don't really care.) He's kind of a stocky guy with glasses and a goatee, and looks to be at least part Spanish. That guy has been around since I first started going to the bars in Amarillo, which was as an underaged little punk back in the days of SRO. He's pretty cool and his burritos have always found me when I needed them most.
Let me guess, you must have been at the bar that used to be Club 26 on the south side of 26th and Paramount, right by what used to be Amarillo Imports and across the street from that notorious building located at 2523 Britain. It has been Pizzazz, Cadillac Ranch, and the Blue Iguana, just to name a few. That place was always trouble and is the spot that former NFL quarterback Bubby Brister got hit in the face with a shovel. The only other choices would be Hummer's or Mulligan's, and I don't think they let BG in there because at least 1 and possibly both of them have kitchens.
Leave the working girls on Ama. Blvd. alone. Hey, even ho's gotta eat. Don't throw pennies at them, either. Me and a group of kids in HS almost got killed for doing that.

LOL.... it may be the same guy! But there is also one from Diana's...and I think they are two different guys....but then again...the first time was...LMAO! in a dark parking lot... had to lean my really drunk friend on his car...and she wouldn't shut up while I was trying to get the burritos... BUT the description sounds close... those were brisket burritos... and that was at the old Club 26.... where the yunguns' hang out...we were there for a friends daughters 21st birthday. The second one was at the Spotted Pony... (LMAO! still shaking my head) My brother calls and has me meet him in strange places... not sure I would ever choose to walk in there if I didn't have to. Had a close call with Picture Guy there....but managed to get out of it But Burrito Guy there didn't have the brisket...said he was out...and he looked like the guy you are describing and said he was from Dianas. But he carried the same kind of container that Mystery Burrito Guy had... and I think I asked him about the color of his car and it didn't match. Yep....the working girls get down right indignant over the penny thing!

That place was always trouble and is the spot that former NFL quarterback Bubby Brister got hit in the face with a shovel. I admit to spending time in that building with friends in my 80's college days...and early-90's post-college days...and we hung out a lot upstairs. We used to park in front of the front door of the hair salon just to the north...that is now a muffler shop...or something of the sort? When they painted the 2523 building green...I thought it was going to reopen...but it hasn't. Also...the old Club Baloo has been shut down...since someone got killed outside...but I could have sworn I saw cars there...when out late Friday night. Wonder if someone rented that place for a party?

I wonder if it would still attract all the problems it did back in the 90's if they reopened something there today? It seems like no matter how many times they changed the name and format of that place, it always attracted problems. It was always fist fight city and I know they had a few people get shot there over the years. I think the problem is that it is a dance club. Those places always end up attracting a bad element in Amarillo.
I have noticed that they seem to have a lot of problems with Grahams. Well, surprise surprise. I called that one before it even opened. If I go anywhere any more, I try to avoid any place with a dance floor, disco lighting, and loud music. Those places are always going to have problems.
