Yep, nothing too exotic in the hookah pipes today, except for some flavored, sweet smelling tobacco. They also have a non-tobacco pack, but I have never ordered one of those, so I couldn't tell you what is in that one. Now, they put other things in the hookah pipes in Amsterdam, like Marijuana and its cousin, Hashish. That's a different story, though, and I would hate to incriminate myself for anything.

They'd probably sell more food that way.

When I was a freshman in the dorm all the way back in 1982...there were a couple of dorks who lived across the hall from me...who did a little bit of pot smoking...with a towel stuck under the door. And it was so comical...like they thought the rest of us living there...wouldn't know what was going on. If they could only have seen over a dozen of us guys...the first time...standing right outside their door...elbowing each other to stay quiet and not laugh. Once their little stash of pot ran out...they took to smoking some non-tobacco cigarettes...that they were buying at some place down off 10th...that were made from things like cinnamon and dried apple and orange peel. They claimed they could get a pretty good buzz off that stuff...which was completely legal to have and buy.
