Take it easy spicy girls, we are talking about wood fired ovens and pizza here. What I need to know is, can I look forward to an Amarillo version of Zuni Cafe? That would be nice to come home to!

I am not familiar with that place although if you know about it I bet it's delish. I doubt Amarillo can come close to Zuni Cafe although the best pizza I have had (and most of the pizza that the places here have I call cr@p on cardboard) in Amarillo is at that 575 place.
