I'd rather have cats pooping in my yard then a big ol' dog downloading. So , from that point of view I'm throwing in with the cats. LOL
True story:
I got a friend in Wis. that went to a yard sale,standing there looking at junk on the concrete walk. The people who was holding the sale had 2 big St. bernards that hit her from behind.
She hit the concrete never saw them coming and it broke one arm, fractured the other elbow, knocked out a tooth, scraped her face all to hell. She had to beg somebody to call 911 for her. Finally, they got her some help, she 's got hospital bills, rehab bills, dental bills,etc. She had to miss work, so, she got letter in mail saying 'sorry charlie' she lost her job. She couldn't even wipe her own --- her son had to feed her,write her letters for her, etc.
She's been thru 2 lawyers that would take the case contingent on what they could sue for. This was a yr or so ago , she's still waiting. Owner won't give her nothing saying wasn't their fault they had dogs running amok. 1st lawyer said nothing he could do that if they tried to put a lien on their house they would just declare bankruptcy. 2nd lawyer, hasn't done nothing for her she did have her day in court,minus the offenders, judge ruled in her favor, but, that didn't amount to a hill of beans she's still yet to see a dime for pain and misery, medical bills, loss of a job,etc. Her unemployment has ran out.
Bet she'd side with getting hit from behind by 2 cats too. LOL
