Anyone know what's going in these places?

1. Next to Carolina's on Wolflin....

2. I-40 westbound access road...between Western and Paramount...next to Family Photo.

I think it may be where the old Arby's was taken out.

Next to Carolina's is a city utility station. Water treatment? I've been watching it, the building goes down like 4 stories into the ground.

Unless you are talking about where the old Sizzler was... I think its going to be an office complex.

I saw that they are opening a Ruby Tequilas in Houston's modtown. I used to live right there. That would've been weird to turn the corner and see a Ruby's.
