Wow, I'm kind of surprised. Her comments and ideas were ridiculous, but she brought attention to the show, and these days that's all the networks care about. I sure am glad to see her go though. I wonder how hard of a time she'll have finding new work.

Of course they are not saying she was fired. They are saying that she wanted to stay on one more year and ABC wanted her to sign a three contract. She said no.

All I know is that after I saw Rosie tell Elisabeth that she could talk to her (rosie) after she (Elisabeth) grew up some more, I was done listening to Rosie.

This show was a goner before Rosie--not that I'm defending that vulgar person. It just got ridiculous. Star was obnoxious, and Joy was/is obnoxious x2. It was so disappointing to see a journalist of Barbara Walters' caliber let a show disintegrate into such a farce.

I'm not defending Rosie, but several months ago she said that she was dissatisfied and wanted to stay at home, I don't think she needs the money, besides anyone one would be better than that hollyer than thou Star Jones, she wasn't like that until she lost weight and got married. Doe's it change a person that much?

I only watched the view because of Rosie, along with the 600,000 other people that brought the ratings up. Watch them drop when she is gone.
