There were several articles this weekend and letters to the editor about the legal fees for Joe Kirkwood, Potter County Commissioner. What are your thoughts about this?
I am wavering?

I don't know all of the specifics of the situation, but I would lean to the fact that Potter County should NOT be responsible for his PERSONAL legal fees (which is what I understand about the situation).

I don't know any specifics either. It sure has been in the news often. Seems like Randall County used to be in the news all the time and now it is Potter County. I would not lean for the county to not pay the PRIVATE legal bills also. The DA said that there was illegal activity but that the grand jury decided not to indict.
