I ate there recently. Food was good. Service was as good as any fine dining restaurant I've ever been in.

I visited Macaroni Joes about five years ago with a group of people. What I recall was the BEST hands down best service by a waiter I've ever seen in my life. The eight of us ordered appetizers, our main course and about half of us ordered glasses of different kinds of wine. The waiter did not write down a single thing and when the food came it was all passed out to the correct people. I think we gave the waiter a $100 dollar tip. It was absolutely amazing. I've been living outside of the U.S. for four years so I don't have any reason to support Macaroni Joes I was just really surprised to hear this after my experience there five years ago.

The service at this dump has gone way down hill in five years. You voice your concerns to the management and they grill you like you are a liar. I stopped responding to the emails because he kept asking me the same thing over and over again, like I was lying and was going to slip and change the story. Instead of playing these games, I have made it a point to trash them to everyone I know. More importantly, my friend who lives in the Amarillo area is doing the same thing. We would have been better off flushing our money down the toilet.
