Costa Rica is a great place to live. it is a civilized central american country with a stable government and pretty decent standard of living, and for the time being very affordable. It has coastline for both oceans and I talk to a lot of people who are looking at it. I am interested myself in living there for retirement.
Real estate speculators are looking at Costa Rica as a real estate market with the potential of Los Angeles about 60 years ago.

Sounds cool. In about 6 or 7 years, my husband and I are moving to a Caribbean Island ... can't wait.
