Ouch! Hospital on the food establishment report...

These establishments received demerits during a routine inspection for being out of compliance as stated:

(13) Baptist/St. Anthony's Hospital, 1600 Wallace Blvd.: Unlabeled can on shelves in pantry of main kitchen; no towels at hand sink in clean dish room in cafeteria. COS. Dish machine in main kitchen not sanitizing; vent hood in cafeteria kitchen dirty. To be corrected within 10 days.

Also...I'm sure that lots of guys on this board...like Rick...probably hangout at the next place....and some of the women on this board...might even be employed there....

BTW...phantom may be off the hook for working here...because she lives in Lubbock.

(18) The Jungle, 4541 Canyon Drive: Employees not using soap and paper towels to wash hands; three-compartment sink being used to wash hands; sink in bar being used to store dishes; cook handling food with bare hands; no paper towels at hand sink in bar area; many flies in establishment. To be corrected by next regular inspection.
