Okay, I realize we're in a semi-quasi-bible belt, but does anyone realize that the world is ending on Dec. 21, 2012 according to the Mayan calendar?  Ever been down there?? That civilization has it pegged from circa 3500 B.C. until 2012 A.D. Compare it to the ancient Egyptians, Romans, etc., but these people had it down to an artform. Check out Chichen-Itza on the web. The Mayans are known as the "Sky-Watchers", and according to them, we are in the 5th cycle before "Doomsday". As much as I have read and seen, I can't wait for the moment, because actually I have an expiration date on my birth certificate....  |

I've always found the Mayan culture interesting. Yes, they did predict that. We will wait and see.

If you're ever out after midnight on a Friday or Saturday night...and doing something like driving between bars...or going home... Listen to KGNC 710 AM...and you'll hear the folks who know all about the Mayan calendar...and the New World Order. If you've had enough alcohol...you just might start to believe everything they talk about. |

I've always found the Mayan culture interesting. Yes, they did predict that. We will wait and see. I feel the same way. But being Christianity is the newest cult in this world, these followers will be close-minded and stubborn to the fact that many religions have surpassed them for eons. |
