If you go to Dallas and have not tried Fogo de Chaos it is a must! Good lord I loved that place. Well worth what I paid.

I believe there is a brazilian steakhouse in houston and have heard it is also excellent....
Wish we could get one here.

Massive salad bar. Coinstant service from chefs who bring large hunks meat on skewers and cut them off on your plate. I think they had like 15 different types of meat from beef to lamb to chicken and sausage. Next time I will leave the boring ole chcicken alone and keep the room open for more of the meat. Best I have had anywhere. Then dessert was just as good. I had a molten cake and ice cream. Yeah it rocked and it rocked my wallet. But it was great.
