Try this one when you have a chance. I was messing around in the kitchen and decided to try this on the grill. It is amazing!! Portobello Mushrooms Shredded Cheese Extra Virgin Olive Oil Worcestershire Sauce 1.Cut the stem off of the mushroom 2.Coat the top of the mushroom with oil; flip over 3.Brush Worcestershire on underside of mushroom 4.Sprinkle (generously!) with shredded cheese Cook these on the top rack of the grill, top side down, while grilling a steak. Transfer to the main grate just before pulling steaks off. I'm going to try to cook these in the smoker next time. I'll let you know how they turn out.
