I've received this message at times when trying to post here:
Too Many Connections There are currently too many connections to this server. Please check back again in 30 seconds.
Will this be remedied soon?
Thank you!

I've had this happen several times this morning. I sure hope it can be corrected - once it even locked my computer down and I couldn't do anything at all for nearly 10 minutes. What's causing this to happen?

I've only had a problem here with the "too many connections" thingy. This is a nice board except for that problem.

Wow I haven't got that message... maybe it is just during high traffic times across the internet as a whole.

This board must be ran by the same group from TA..........Respond to the girls question. From looking at the ProBoards address at the top of the browser window... it looks like this board is being run with a free board service... which means we probably can't complain too much about freebies. As an IT person...I can tell you that ProBoards is probably running quite a few boards on the same server...so it's not just us getting the message...but all the other boards too. Again...we can't complain too loud about a free service...especially when the error message hasn't happened more than just a few times. You can click on the Proboards link ( www.proboards.com/ ) link at the bottom of your screen...and see that they are hosting 1.8 million free boards.
