Sex rationing........stamps for intercourse.
Rationing stamps, like those issued during WWII for sugar, gas, etc;, may be started again here in America to ration number of children. All in the name of GLOBAL WARMING.
I'm telling you folks, give these Global Warming Freaks a chance and no telling what will come out of it.
ONE CHILD POLICY
China's one-child per couple policy introduced in the early 1980s, had a side-effect of braking global warming by limiting the population to 1.3 billion against a projected 1.6 billion without the policy.
China is the number two emitter of greenhouse gases, mainly from burning fossil fuels, behind the United States and ahead of Russia.

China is not the USA. They have had laws to limit reproduction there for years long before the Global Warming issues.

I think a friend of mine has a better idea why China's one-child policy exists. World War 3. See, the limits means more boys are allowed to be born. Soon, you get to 2007 and you have 40,000,000 extra men. 40 million extra men = cannon fodder.
