Watched a clip on this recipe at YouTube and had to try it. It is AMAZING! Steak Salad w/Fruit:Steak Marinade:1 Flank Steak 2/3 C Teriyaki Sauce 1 T Balsamic Vinegar 1 t Vegetable Oil 2 Cloves of Garlic - Pressed Make diamond cuts across the steak on both sides and then marinade in the above mixture for two hours in the refrigerator. Salad & Dressing:1 Bunch of Romaine Lettuce 1/4 C Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 C Vegetable Oil 2 T Teriyaki Sauce 1/4 t Grated Ginger 1/4 C Pecans Fresh fruit of your choice...I used blueberries Break salad apart and arrange on plate. Arrange fruit and pecans to your liking. Slice the flank steak in small strips and drizzle with dressing. Here is a link to the video as well: www.youtube.com/watch?v=SImRe4eKbBc

yummmmm.........
So how do you think this would go over with a teenage boy type? And does it have the whole chinese food effect...where he will be hungry again in a couple of hours? If it does...then I would make it for lunch instead of supper.

I think it would go over well for the teenage type. You could use it for lunch or dinner...just depends on how much steak you use. You'll be amazed at how well the fruit/pecan/steak/salad mixture tastes!
