More than likely pickle juice or grease not wiped up on the prep board. Or the bags were wet to begin with.

The bad one this week was the Sonic on Tascosa Road. They had 29 demerits and 30 is a failed inspection. When I read it, I went back and looked at the date of inspection and thought 'yup.' We were there one day that week and the place was overrun with apparently fresh-out-of-school kids. They were still learning which slot was which number and making change still looked like a struggle for a few of them. It looked like chaos inside there with about twice as many people as there should have been. So hopefully that will get better when the training is done and the kids settle into the jobs.

The Sonic on Western has only been open since 2003 or so, if I recall correctly.
