Let's see ... there are two chain restaurants ... Olive Garden and Johnny Carino's.
Then there's Antonio's ... little romantic restaurant at 34th and Georgia in a little shopping center.

Are you interested in GOOD Italian food? because you will be hard- pressed to find it in Amarillo..  Antonios is the only one i know of as for now. |

There is an Italian connection in my blood line. I just don't know how. I think that is where I get the jet black hair and dark eyes.
I would love to learn how to cook Italian food.
