1 1/4 cups of flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup of white sugar 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup butter or maragarine 1 large egg 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 cup of oatmeal 1 cup of bakers coconut
Mix all ingredinets if the dough is too dry add a little orange juice. Place on cookie sheet in rounded tablespo-onfuls about two inches apart. Flatten each ball. Bake at 350° till it begins to brown.
( I had to put a dash in Tablespo-onfuls or it would come out as Tablesthingyfuls) WTF!

Jazzman! Great to see you here!
The cookies sound yummy. I'm going to have to find a wheat flour substitute!

Jazzman! Great to see you here! The cookies sound yummy. I'm going to have to find a wheat flour substitute! I think any kind of flour would work. Like buckwheat or rye or even soy flour. Might need a bit more orange juice if it's too dry.
