Are there any foods you could eat well into your 20s but by the time you hit 30 they started having an adverse effect on your gastrointestinal system? See, these are the kind of topics you get when the board is dead! Anyway, I can't have cereal, milk, hot dogs, popcorn and so many more things as I get older. It tears my stomach up no matter what type of medicine I take and that just stinks. Has this happened to anyone else?

Milk. Works better than exlax. And the last few years nuts, really gets my gout worked up, over and above normal episodes of it.

Depends on what you are calling UPSET. Reflux for me is chocolate, caffiene, heavy tomoato products, lettue, and mayo.
Upset as in just yucky is mainly too many carbo drinks.
