Spaceship jazz from Houston/Austin/Fort Worth! Amarillo does not feature such music very often, so please come check it out if you're the least bit interested. www.droptrio.com

I think it's the Nat. Why don't they just say "at the Nat?"

Sorry... E.O.S. used to be the Pod. It's a tiny little club in the back of an old set of office suites (see the address on the flyer). I wish it had been at the Nat... there was barely anyone there, but it was an excellent show. Maybe they'll come back.

From their list of current and past gigs...it looks like Drop Trio started in Houston and Austin and really branched out into...L.A. and San Diego and San Fran and Tuscon...so I wish I could have seen some jazz in Amarillo.
Always cool to have a new place in Amarillo...so we need more info on this place.

E.O.S. mainly hosts punk and hard rock/metal bands. They don't serve anything. There's a myspace page: myspace.com/thepodum

Dude this still doesn't tell us anything.... not much info there.
If it is a BYOB club... does this mean it is only 21 and over??
Is it only a weekend place.... hours of operation would be some cool info to have...

!!!
There are dates and times listed on the MySpace page, and it specifically states there that it's an all ages venue. Drinks aren't allowed at every show, either. Put on your reading glasses. =)

Sorry man..... on my monitor you have to scroll 3 feet over to get to that info....
The page is so busy if I did have my reading glasses on I would have gone blind. ;D
But this is cool... I have been looking for a place to take my kid so he can check out some bands and maybe meet some other musicians... and there seems to be nowhere else in Amarillo for teenagers to do that.
LMAO!!!... I will give him the link to your page... his young eyes work better than mine.

Cool... I love it... seems to be one of the only places where unconventional acts can perform, and get paid anything. =)
