I like Regis...but I'm afraid they killed the ratings and scared folks off up front. Why? Because they had to show Regis talking to George Ballooney. Why on Earth...would anyone want to see a homely goober like George Ballooney?

Cracked me up...
The lady who got Best Original Screenplay...
And was wearing what looked like a leopard skin toga...and had a huge girlie tattoo on the side of her upper arm.

I don't even watch them. Actually, I had several people over for a BBQ.

Actually I was working on a homework assignment for a programming class I'm taking this semester...and was only catching bits and highlights of the Oscars.
Sunday and Tuesday have turned out to be homework nights for me...and it's been about 20 years since I got my degree at WT...which means taking classes every now and then.
I try to keep up a little bit with which movies are getting awards...and worth watching.

That dress was horrible. But her movie (Juno) was great! Quite possibly the worst-dressed person there... And the tattoo and leopard print dress made her look like Tarzan's Jane...posing as a hooker. Also...I'm no fan of the standard long gowns dragging along on the ground.
