So how do yall think it's goin to play out? Can 2A Bushland knock out the "cinderella" from last year, the 3A Dalhart Wolves? I think the golden wolves will take this one. It should be a pretty good test for them, probably the toughest test as of yet this season. Their line will dominate this game. Both offensive and defensive lines look good, and the quarterback is looking more confident every game. Should be something like a score of 30-14

I will have to take Dalhart on this one, i know i am from Dalhart and all but Dalhart's D is lookin good, and Bushland hasn't played a D like ours, alot of people said Dalhart was gonna fall this year and that we had lost alot of players, well we did lose alot and alot of our players have stepped up to the challenge, should be a good test for both teams, but i see Dalhart winning this by atleast 2 TD's, i think this game will come down too who's defense wants it more, we all know Dalhart and Bushland can put up points and a large amount of them, Dalhart could of scored an easy 50+ pnts vs River Road but the coach wanted to get the 2nd and 3rd teams in and get them some playing time, and Bushlands Offense has been puting alot of pnts on the board, i have yet to see Bushland play but this game should be interesting.

well, since nobody else will defend bushland....looks like i'm goin to have to. Bushland beat fritch 41 to 12. Dalhart beat fritch 23-7. Of course Dalhart couldve scored 50+ on River Road...THEY HAVENT SCORED A POINT YET THIS YEAR!!! Bushland, at halfway through the first quarter, was on pace to score 224 pts...now of course they pulled their starters after the first quarter when it was 41-0. You talk a lot about the Dalhart defense but you dont give any credit to Bushland's? The only team to score on Bushland's first team defense was #10 Sunray...and they only did it once. I know Bushland wont get any respect from yall until we take out Dalhart and win district championship but the time is coming my friends...it's coming!

Do you relize what kind of conditions we played in against Fritch, it was raining for 30mins before game, and the game was even delayed, the field was a mud hole, and the ball was slippery, and if yall are gonna win district then it will have to be this year because of yalls QB, but when Dalhart rolls up in Bushland then you will get a nice taste of Dalhart's D

This should prove to be a good football game with 2 really good staffs and some strong players on both sides. After this game both teams can be better gauged at how strong they really are. I wish each team good luck on this game and the rest of their season.

I wouldn't refer to previous games if i were you. Talking about how many points we scored on River Road, and what we could have scored, what does their defense have to do with how many they have scored? Sunray is #10 in 1A. I give Bushland a lot of credit, they are a great team. But we'll see.

Games are won on the practice field and in the weight room. oh yeah and they are also won on friday nights, expect anything will happen because at any given moment the worst could happen ok? good now this should be a great competitive game and alot of fun to watch

Honestly I don't think Bushland should bring up past games for thier defence, mainly because if your going to do that then well last year with your squad, that has had barelly a roster change, Dalhart chased you off the field. Our team has already proven that they can duplicate last year's success.
In my opinion Bushland is the Canyon of 2A. Twice as big as anyone they'll play and only with one star player too. Dalhart has massive depth. Our 3rd string O has the ability to move the ball just as well as our first string. I think Dalhart plays a much more physical game than Bushland could ever dream of playing. Every Dalhart game, this year and last year, the other sideline is always carting at least one kid off the field, Bushland knows this better than anyone though, right?
I don't think Bushland will have what it takes to step up and stop Dalhart all night. The first half will be close but the game will be won by Dalhart in the 3rd and 4th quarters, when Bushland has no one to go in for all the guy sitting on the sideline holding varous body parts.
