By using AMARILLOTALK.COM, you agree to abide by the terms of this Member Agreement. These terms may change at any time in the future. AMARILLOTALK.COM will endeavor to post general notices of such changes, but no individual notice of changes to users will be provided. AMARILLOTALK.COM wants to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas. But we cannot and DO NOT REVIEW postings made in the chat rooms, forums, or other public posting areas.
You may well read any given posting before anyone on the AMARILLOTALK.COM staff does. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than AMARILLOTALK.COM. We DO NOT endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user or from a celebrity or "expert" guest. In short, there is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment.
Responsibility for what is posted in the chat rooms, forums, and other public posting areas on AMARILLOTALK.COM lies with each User. You alone are responsible for the material you post.
