gracepro, I was especially touched by those stories/videos, as well. My favorite "cardboard testimonies" were the ones in which people got especially personal, not just generic about their struggles. Like the guy who admitted to a pornography addiction ... wow, what courage to stand up in a congregation that big (and now to have it on youtube).
I think the most heartwarming one to me was of the lady who was diagnosed with MS, and the person who was her doctor, it was inferred, became a Christian after meeting and working with her through her diagnosis, and her response? It was worth it.
Cool stuff.

The woman that lost her son to suicide is my next door neighbor. It was really tough for her to be up there, but her testimony in the end is an encouragement to those who have lost a child. I also liked the couple who have started the abdoption process because they were having difficulties having a child, and now they will have an adopted child and she was pregnant. The lady that was diagnosed with MS is the senior pastor's wife.

Thanks for the background on those. I wondered about the woman whose son committed suicide. That would be horrible. The one about the couple (now pregnant) made me laugh. I thought that was neat, too.
I'm sure it took a lot of courage for all of those people to get up there.
