ate there last night... the food was pretty much like I remember eating at other locations. the locals are still training, but things were running fairly smoothly. The brisket was off the hook, as was the turkey. For those of you who have never been there before, skip the sandwiches and order by the pound. you get it on butcher paper with some white bread. it's all about eating good sliced bbq with your fingers... hill country style. The Jalapeno sausage was really good too.

hubby and I ate there for lunch. I had chopped brisket and he had bbq.. both were yummy the baked beans, potato salad and coleslaw were very good didn't care too much for the green bean salad (the beans were fresh tasting, but the italian dressing they were in overpowered their taste)
if you haven't been there before, mention that it is your first time at the register and they will give you a free sample of the brisket and turkey
very yummy food

It was okay. I liked the atmosphere. Reminds me of a cross between Earl's and Bad Brad's on OKC.
