This place is in the old Pizza Hut building on Coulter near the intersection with 34th. It has been open for quite a while but we just tried it for the first time this morning, and I was totally stoked with the food!! This was definitely the best breakfast I've had in Amarillo in quite some time, and the prices are even better. They advertise "Jalisco style" Mexican food.
I had migas, served with refried's and obviously homemade flour tortillas. The migas were perfectly cooked with slightly crunchy corn tortillas mixed in with the egg. The tortillas were substantial and extremely fresh. My wife had two taquitos - one with bacon, potato, egg and the other with chorizo. Both were the best we've had in a long time. My daughter had pancakes with bacon which were 1000x better than IHOP. (not hard) All of this for $11! (including 2 coffees and a Sprite)
I highly recommend this place. Good and friendly service - we will be going back soon to try lunch / dinner ASAP and have high hopes. They also have a drive through if you're in a hurry.

When I've been driving by...and observing the people going in and out of that place...
It has seemed like they've been attracting a lot of Hispanic folks...so maybe those people know something.
You certainly got my attention on the breakfast thing...and the pancake comparison with IHOP.
