I went to the site and saw most of the photos of the Panhandle of Texas. These are AMAZING!! Thanks for posting these!

This picture messes with my mind a bit. Why? Because the large square and flat roofed canopy building toward the top right of the picture...is on the south side of 10th...as you are driving west down 10th. And a couple of years ago...a domed building west of there...on the south side of 10th...was torn down. Anyone remember the old Smithzonian building...that was a small defunct bar? I always thought that was what that old white gas station in the picture...turned into. But in the picture...the domed gas station building is shown on the north side of 10th...when it should be on the south side of 10th. The only explanation is...if the domed gas station on the south side of 10th...was built after 1943. South Tyler and Sw 10th Ave.
