Ralls are the jackrabbits. Hey, we played them a lot when my boys went to Roosevelt.
There will not be a game between Snyder and Cooper this week. Cooper has called off all extra-curricular activities until Saturday in honor of a girl who was killed in a crash with a dump truck. She and her twin sister were in the car. The sister had cuts and bruises and went home today. It hasn't been announced if they will make up the game later or not.

That is sad. I would assume it happened on Woodrow Road that runs to Lubbock Cooper School. It is heavily traveled and very dangerous.
I don't know that I agree with canceling the game. I feel that things should be kept as normal as possible for young people in times like this. Yes, it is a bad thing, but we must continue on.

I really thought that would be a little closer.....but, I love it whenever a team from the high panhandle thrashes a team from the "south"!

Folks said the Bobcats came out pretty flat in the 1st half against Fritch but played much better in the 2nd half.

Yeah rocket, some things are beginning to take shape after the first couple of weeks. I am finding it interesting. We will learn more the next two weeks.
Gripey, from what I read on the Texas High School Football Message Board, the Sundown fans had to have been disappointed. They got a touch of reality.
Guys, what are some interesting games this next week. That includes you phantom.......
