Is one of my favorite places to eat, and I'm wondering what cut of meat they use for the "pulled pork".
Does anyone have any idea?

Where is the Rib Crib in Lubbock? Just south of 82nd and slide about a block. Right behind Hastings, which I guess would make it about 83rd or 84th and Slide. Just south of it is TeeBox #5 for the LakeRidge Country Club Golf Course.

Flu, the boy says he's pretty positive that it's either rump or shoulder.
