Rumors about John Harris moving from Ch.10 to Ch.4

And one of the links on that google search...

Says that John Harris may be moving from KFDA Ch.10...to the head weather job at KAMR Ch.4.

John Harris has been the No.2 weather guy at KFDA for many years...and is probably making a big salary.

If true...this is very BIG TV weather news in Amarillo.

I think it's been pretty well known for a while. He can't be on-air until February or so due to non-complete contract provisions. But his wife and kids have been doing commercials. I saw them during the Olympics. And they have had "man on the street" commercials saying how glad they are "he" is going to be on KAMR without actually saying who "he" is. Even Dave said several days ago he had moved on to "other opportunities."
