I need a little help understanding the thinking of Cowboy management.

The members of the O-line of the Cowboys keep receiving these large multi-year contracts with a good deal of that money guaranteed while their performances seem to be less than desirable.

Am I missing something? Are there other issues I am not aware.

Would someone enlighten me?

2 issues...

1. Jerry Jones, Owner, President and General Manager

2. Stephen Jones, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Director of Player Personnel

Can't see it getting much better until the Cowboys get another owner...who doesn't try to keep his son employed.
