I did hear on the radio that he had to also sign something to make the presidential transition official...
so maybe this is that.

That old opulent decor style turns me off....so I don't think I could even stand the White House. When I was in D.C...we settled for just checking out the exterior of the White House.  |

I believe what he signed today was a bill that would ban all perks given by the lobbyists. Yeah, like THAT will get past Congress.
