WCS will use the funds to build a low level nuclear waste disposal facility. This is the first nuclear waste dump to be licensed in the nation in 30 years. Hance was instumental in getting the laws changed so Andrews Co. would be able to get the license. He is also a founder of WCS and on the board of directors. He is also the chancellor for Texas Tech University.

The only thing Kent Hance knows about toxic waste is the money he brings in as chancellor at TEXAS TECH..... He is a CROOK!! A toxic WASTE!!
