He would keep those over paid glamor boys on their toes. I'll bet they would be more afraid of him than Wade Phillips.

Some thoughts on the Cowboys situation:
1. Jerry Jones = a meddling owner with an inflated ego.
2. Wade = a nice guy who is really a career assistant.
And I'm not sure Coach Leach would put up with Jerry Jones.
But I agree that Leach would have the Dallas players afraid of him.
Jerry needs to retire from day-to-day operations and concentrate on business and sign the checks.
Dallas needs an owner like Clint Murchison was, and a general manager like Tex Schramm was.
