Getting Jimmy John's franchise next to the Red Robin. Anyone have any opinions?

I really don't know anything about Jimmy John's. But I grabbed 2 quick pictures on my way to out to the Gander Mountain Store today. And that building has sat empty for a long time. Something called Lion's Pride was going to move into that spot a while back. But they put up a sign, and then apparently canceled on starting that. The space looks to be about the size of a small Subway.

I ate at Jimmy John's once here in Lubbock. The sandwich was good, but it is pricier than Subway.

Jimmy John's calls themselves a gourmet sandwich shop. They are probably best known for their fast delivery service. I ate at one in the Dallas area, and it was pretty good. I've never ordered one at home.

Apparently the Amarillo Subway places tried to go to gourmet prices.
When they went from about $4 for a foot long sub to over $6.
I found that excessive since you can get a great handmade 1/2 lb burger for about $7 with fries at several places...and even cheaper than that at Cheddars.
And I see that Subway has now gone down to the $5 price range for foot long subs.

I had to walk out of a Subway once when the goon in front of us kept adding to his order. Subway looks like it is too labor intensive and one at a time just seems like they can't make enough volume, but they seem to be successful. It drives me nuts to watch the process, especially when I am at the back of the line and the nimrod in front stops to answer his cell phone.

I could not count how many times I stood in line for 10 or 15 minutes at a Subway.
And a bozo in front of me would then pull out a paper and order several subs at once.
When they could have politely let a person ordering 1 sub go first.
They need to have signs that say if you have multiple orders...go to the back of the line.
