D2 is proving to be a dead end for growth at WT.
WT has barely grown over the last 25 years of D2.
And FCS (D1-AA) is a necessary step for WT to get back up to FBS - D1-A status.
WT was a D1 FBS school from 1910 to 1981.
WT was an FCS D1-AA school from 1982 to 1985.
