exit 67 has real good BBQ turkey. Ribs aren't so great, taste boiled but I got some turkey to go and that was really good. Still haven't found THE place for ribs. Dyers and Feldman's in Canyon are at the forefront so far. Rest taste boiled and either to much pepper are not spicy enough.

Try "Beans and Things" on the Blvd a few blocks east of Mirror. A real BBQ dive.

Rudy's has good brisket if you are lucky enough to get some fat and burnt ends.

I have to admit that I haven't been to Rudy's yet.
But my mom says she likes the place.
And I'm big on Cheddar's as a great place to eat.
The best handmade $4.99 bacon cheeseburgers you can get in town.
And the chicken tenders are awesome...and you better get a takeout box for what you can't eat.
I love the huge food portions they have there.f

I like Dickies more than Rudy's. Cheddar's has a great lunch.

Back in the 80's when Wiley Alexander owned 'Beans & Things' I had to have my fix of his fantastic bar-b-q and chili at least once a week. I think he sold it before I moved to Arizona in December '91 but last i knew he still owned the flower shop next door. Now every time I get back to my old stomping grounds I make a beeline for Henk's at I-40 and Grand.
