Anyone been to Jimmy's? I like it simply as a change from Subway. The Italian sub is good (I forgot its fancy name).
I'm on a quest for a good Italian sub... I never find perfection, but its about the journey, not the destination. Luigi has a good one, if you don't mind having to dress it a little more at home with tomatoes and dressing. Great bread.

I do like Jimmy John's, but for some reason, I rarely go there. Maybe because there aren't that many around. They do have really corny commercials.

So far Jimmy John's seems to be keeping a low profile in Amarillo.
If I were them I'd start publicizing the place on Facebook like some other Amarillo businesses.
Facebook is cheap advertising...as in it can be done for little or no expense.
And since I'm not into Italian or spicy or saucy foods.
I wonder if they could make a good ol' fashioned ham and cheese sub?
Old Bdub might think that is a boring sub. ;D

Jimmy John's does have more traditional (boring?) subs. But really, WT, you need to be adventurous. ;D

WT: Ham and cheese is a classic for a reason....gooooooooood stuff. I'm an equal opportunity ingest-or. About another sandwich... I was at Outback, and was going to eat off my wife's lobster tail platter, but I wanted to have my own dish, as well. I got their tenderloin sandwich on focaccia served with au jus. Is was so good it outshined the lobster. The second half made a great breakfast for the drive to work the next day.
