They help to keep them little 4 legged rodents in check. If you got snakes, you probably got mice.

haven't seen any rabbits like when I first moved down here last yr. guess I ran 'em off, good. LOL think those snakes just came out of hiding when we cleaned up the mess the builders made. Piled up chunks of concrete and crap in a mound out on the back 2 1/2. I made 'em haul off all that mess and that's when I seen the 2. I killed one and hubbo got the other. Hope that was the last of them. Don't know what that tiny bird is called down here that has the biggest mouth ever. The d**n thing gets on people's chimneys and screams every morning between 7:30 and 8. I made hubbo climb up on the roof and put out bird goo on the chimney cap , they just moved over to the ridge of the skylight and whistle down now. Time to send hubbo back up there I guess.

Grackles, and they are a garbage bird. I would shoot every one I see if I could.

worse then the sparrows we had up in Ind. these go chirpy, chirp, chirp then wait one second and go chirpy, chirp, chirp over and over again. It's a funny thing every morning I'll be on phone or watching TV to wake up and then I'll scream "F*ing bird "!! Theres some big ol' black , shiny crows too we have around here after watering here they come. Big mess of 'em come around. Some kind of other bird that is kind of pretty has a yellow chest bigger then the chirpers it's just grubbing around after he mows.
