Can the Buffalos use a quarterback?

Tate Forcier is still trying to attract attention to his roadshow and it looks like there is no D-1 interest in him. He is a major head case and a true academic lightweight. The University of Hawaii and San Jose State declined to meet with him after reviewing his transcripts.

The scuttlebutt going around is he will have to drop down to a D2 institution to get any offers. He's still available if anyone out at WTAMU is interested.

Not sure yet how the 2011 quarterback situation is going to shake out at WT.

But typically they've been going after tall guys from 6'2" and up to 6'4".

Where they can have a guy who can throw over tall defensive linemen.

So being 6'0" is rather short these days for a passing quarterback.

I'm reading that Forcier is now at San Jose State, but can't play until 2012.

So I guess he chose D1 over being able to play immediately at D2.

I wish WT would go back up to playing at the San Jose St level or better.
