He's been working on it the past couple of years. If elected, he would be the third Texas President since 1990.

Democrats wish Ron Paul was the guy.
But it will most likely be Rick Perry.
And Mr. 9.2 Percent Unemployment Obama had better be very scared in 2012. ;D
