I was in Amarillo today. Had lunch with a friend I hadn't seen in ages and then visited the four kids I have up there. I think I almost ran over WestTexan. Oh the look of horror! But it's ok. One of my foster dads is with the sheriff's office in Randall County. He'll make sure I don't do any time if I do run over W-T. ;D

I couldn't believe I saw a woman running off the hwy in this ol' stubby 'grass' we have down here on the FM2590 road/Soncy. It was good she had her butt off the main hwy, but, I bet her shoes were full of burrs when she go to where she was going. Run in the big ol' church parking lots, Steiff park, school grounds on the week-ends, etc. I'd be afraid of twisting my ankle in a hole or get thrown by a rock. Taking me 2 yrs. to get over my bad ankle twist from when I first moved in down here. I watch every step I take now. I climbed up on the hearth to tear tape off of my new TV, with a hold of the mantle, lost my balance and fell backwards on the hardwood right at the feet of the Direct TV man. Not fun, thing swelled up like a watermelon in minutes. drove myself to the clinic in Canyon. Thank God not broken, tore all to ..... though. Attachments:
