poor ol' Globe news has one heck of a time putting out a paper don't they ? I missed 3 back in Dec. Missed 3 in Jan. I kicked rear all over the place and got the paper person to recognize that I got a box. Now, it seems nobody got one today.
We need a 2nd paper to come to town, some competition is always good.

Years ago I lived in the country. Our lab would steal the paper from the farmer who lived across the highway. We would save it and give it back to them every day. LOL

The Amarillo Globe News is going straight downhill with declining subscriptions, and they are completely under the thumb of City Hall and the local old boy network.
The Lubbock newspaper is owned by the same corporation out of Augusta, Georgia, but the Avalanche Journal seems to have better local management.
I can read stories on the Lubbock newspaper website 2 or 3 days before they appear in the Amarillo paper.

There's a lot of complaints about the AJ down here. I think printed papers are going out the door. If it's not online, people don't want it.

I sit on my butt so much regularly here if I read the paper on here I'd have to get 2 donut pillows hahahahha
I like to recline and take my time actually holding the paper.
easier to flip thru the ads, coupons, etc.
Course, if your young which I"m not hahahah you probably would go for the internet version.
