I bet the tower transmitter is down. So many people are on cable and satellite that the TV station may not even know the antenna transmitter is down. Cable and satellite get their signal direct without a transmitter.
You might want to look up the number and call them in the morning.
Typical stuff for the small town of Hill Billyarillo, TX.
Half the stuff in town is old and worn out and it breaks.

It went off Sat around 6. I forgot about it till tonight when 60 Min. was due to come on then I hollered WTF is CBS still off !
If World Series or Superbowl was on somebody would be climbing the tower with a screwdriver. ROFL
My love show is on at 11 Mon. I'll have to wait till 5 to catch it on pc. LOL

Guess they all had a nice weekend it's back on now hopefully will stay on till I can get 'Young and the Restless' in.

I called the man said they was in process of finding the problem and encountered yet another . Gonna cost quarter of a million to fix. I suggested getting a grant,etc. LOL Looks like they could borrow money like the rest of us. Anyway, he said they may have to jostle shows around for awhile, different times, etc. Looks like I'll be watching Young & the Restless on cbs.com some of the time.  |

At least KFDA Ch.10 is the number one station with a lot of money.
KAMR Ch.4 is the 3rd place station with a much smaller budget, and they lost their antenna transmitter and it was down for a while because they were trying to scrape together enough money to fix it.

Gauge the advertisers, get bank loan. Sell it if you can't maintain the thing yourself. Like the farmers do with the cow situation.
They act like they want to charge U to watch the locals now, which my husband says he sees coming down the road in the future. Nothing will be free over your own antenna.
