Oh hun, you shouldn't be flying right now! Mid-west is socked in. Think where I used to live around Evansville, In is Ok, but, the upper mid-west is in bad shape and the northeast is always in trouble. Couldn't pay me enought to get on those devils right now. WT, hopefully, is just playing possum right now. LOL The other night when it blew that d**n dirt I was so mad. I knew I'd have to get up next day and hose down the front of my house and my white shutters. I still water my pinion trees once a wk. Now, I'm cleaning the window shades and window sills once again. I've already mopped all the floors and washed down the patio. If anything could get me to move it would be this blasted wind and dirt down here. Husband said "we're either fighting rain, ice and sleet and snow up in the Mid-west or blowing dirt you can't win". I said "yeah, but, you sit on ass and let me do all the cleaning, so, your better off". LOL My b'day is Sun. so I let myself go to the bakery in Amarillo and turn loose with my 'daily deals' coupon 10 for 20 worth of bakery goods ended up spending 5 more then the coupon hahahhaha now I'm sick from brownie and danish overload. LOL Hope you all get great gifts and food !  |

Made it home from Seattle...only delayed two hours in Denver due to mechanical issues. They had to bring us another plane! Can't get out of these trips. They're for work.
Happy birthday tomorrow, Christmas eve eve baby!

My problem is that I've spent too much time on Facebook lately.
And Merry Christmas to everyone and your families!
I just finished eating too much good for Christmas dinner. Now I may have to go take a nap on the sofa. Hard to get motivated to do much on a cold day with snow outside when I'm feeling like a stuffed turkey even when we had home cooked fried chicken instead of turkey.
Hope you folks are enjoying Christmas.

Next Phantom trip is Amarillo...today. Then off to Baltimore early early tomorrow morning. That will end my 2012 travels. Amazingly, I don't have anything else planned for awhile. W-T, will you clear the roads for me? I hear it's pretty icy this morning. |

Not that I can tell. Looks good to me course I'm just looking out my window up the st. LOL Husband takes US 60 everyday he wasn't worried 'cept for the patrols that watch that road like a hawk. LOL
one more holiday to get thru till we can get back to normal then we start with all the gov. holidays every whip stitch.

Roads would have been worse if the wind hadn't blown a lot of the snow off the pavement but there is still a bit of thin ice in isolated spots. Now we need sun to get us up above freezing to melt this stuff in for moisture. It's still like about 10 degrees so I'm not sure it will get up to 33 or 37 today like the weather guys say.

The roads were great all the way up to Amarillo and in Amarillo. I took it slow Thursday morning when I had to be at the airport by 6:00, but even that was fine. Got snowed on in Baltimore, but it was a good trip. Back home again...hmmm, when can I go back to Amarillo so I can harass WT?

How good? LOL I'm covered up with cops in my community got one next door and one up the street then one or 2 on the other street. They all drive these sneaky cars I can't tell whose who till I see the cage between the seats. One next door you don't have any trouble figuring him out, but, those 'undercover' dudes are sneaky. LOL I've been here 2 yrs now and been lucky.I've kept my nose clean. The old man got pulled over for window tint, remember. I'm still P o'd about that. I know the reason behind it, but, I don't want old age spots either. LOL Attachments:
